What does “Due to varying systems layouts HDMI port may or may not be available” mean?

I am looking at purchasing a refurbished Xbox 360. One of the sites I am browsing says

Due to varying systems layouts HDMI port may or may not be available

  • Does Destiny require a license transfer if your are transferring data to a new HDD?
  • Are all Xbox games compatible with Xbox 360?
  • Refurbishing “loose” Xbox360 Controller
  • Skyrim disc damaged, if I buy another will I still be able to play my saved games?
  • Are console games locked to a certain region?
  • Can I play a game installed on my Xbox with another disc?
  • What does this mean exactly?

  • Can I verify an Xbox 360 game isn't damaged by installing it?
  • Can I fix the Xbox 360 “Red Ring of Death” myself?
  • Transferring all DLC to new Xbox 360 — “download all”?
  • Does the Xbox windows controller work with directinput games?
  • Can I buy Xbox Live games via PC and transfer them on a flash drive to a Xbox 360 internal HDD?
  • I just bought an Xbox 360 game with wrong region. What should I do?

It means exactly what it says. Basically with a refurbished model, you aren’t guaranteed that you will get a specific model – you might get one that is an older model without an HDMI port, or you might get a newer model that has them.

Basically, whoever you are buying this from is basically covering their proverbial butts, just in case you get one without an HDMI port and are like OMG THAT IS NOT AWESOME PLZ MONEY BACK NOW.
