Do all the enemies rise again in the blood moon?

When there is a blood moon in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild fallen enemies are resurrected. Are there any that don’t?

  • How to free a horse?
  • What does the treasure chest icon indicate on the map tooltip for Shrines?
  • Where can frostblades respawn?
  • Is there anything to do at Mekar Island?
  • How frequently can I expect to cook “special” meals?
  • How can I turn off the shrine indicator (or make it stop beeping)?
  • What are all possible effects, and how they function?
  • Is there anything to do at Mekar Island?
  • What is the most effective way to grind for drops from the three spirit dragons?
  • How does the Master Sword durability work?
  • What effects does the blood moon event have on the world, other than respawning monsters?

Yes. All enemies in the game that you’ve defeated come back. Bosses are the likely exception (I haven’t checked yet).

This is a change to the Zelda franchise as previously enemies would respawn in you switched areas. Now, the only time they respawn is the Blood Moon.
